Our Story
Founded in 2020 by Mitch Lorentz, passionate about creating better protectors, LIFE started out teaching concealed carry to make our community a safer place be. Through dedication, commitment, and the support of our customers and communities, we’ve grown into a premier one stop shop for all your firearms needs, known for excellent knowledgeable staff committed to service and an extensive selection of firearms and accessories.

We’re also active in our community supporting local law enforcement, first responders, as well as national firearms advocacy organizations. We are life members of Second Amendment Foundation, Gun Owners of America, and Firearms Policy Coalition.
Meet The Team
Mitch Lorentz, our founder, brings 30 years of firearms experience and a deep commitment to customer service. He is dedicated to improving himself so he can bring you the best experience on the range and in store. He is an Air Force veteran, NRA certified pistol instructor, NRA certified range safety officer, Rangemaster certified and top gun recipient. Some of his other training includes Warrior Poet Society, Tactical Response, Force on Force, Modern Samurai Project, Tim Herron, and Ben Stoeger. He also shoots competitively in practical shooting sports such as PCSL and USPSA, and on the match directing team for Holmen, WI PCSL and Winona, MN PCSL. His experience and knowledge will help ensure you get the services you’re looking for.
