Take your pistol skills to the next level with our 2-day, 16-hour Everything Red Dot class! Whether you’re into competition, self-defense, or just enjoy fun range shooting, this comprehensive class will teach you everything you need to know about using a red dot sight on a pistol.
We’ve traveled across the country, training with some of the best in the business — including experts from Warrior Poet Society, Modern Samurai Project, Rangemaster, The Complete Combatant, Tim Herron, Ben Stoeger, and many more — to bring you the very best training available. Through our carefully crafted curriculum, you’ll build the skills to become more comfortable, confident, and competent with your red-dot equipped pistol.
What You’ll Learn:
- Zeroing Your Red Dot: How to properly sight in your red dot for maximum accuracy.
- Finding the Red Dot: Techniques for acquiring the dot quickly and efficiently.
- Timing Shots with the Red Dot: Learn how to time your shots and maintain accuracy.

What to Bring:
- Your red-dot equipped semi-auto pistol and holster.
- The holster should be Kydex or a similar material that holds its shape for easy reholstering and has full trigger guard protection. (No Serpa or cross-draw holsters, please.)
- If you don’t have the right gear or have questions about your equipment, please contact us. We offer rental pistols and holsters, and we’re happy to help.
- Hearing protection and eye protection. (Electronic hearing protection is preferred for better communication and awareness during training.)
- 3 magazines and a magazine carrier.
- For single-stack pistols, we recommend bringing 5–6 magazines for smoother practice.
- Approximately 1000 rounds of ammunition.
- Water and snacks. We will break for lunch during the class, be sure to bring your own refreshments to stay energized.
- Appropriate clothing: Dress for the weather since we will train rain or shine.
Prerequisites:
- Must be at least 18 years old and a U.S. citizen legally allowed to own and possess firearms.
- You must be able to safely handle a pistol.
(Note: This is not a beginner course. If you’re new to shooting, we recommend starting with our Basic Pistol or Concealed Carry classes.)
